Antoinette (Ann) Laferriere, CFP®

Antoinette (Ann) Laferriere, CFP® is President of Griffon Financial Planning, Inc. As a Certified Financial PlannerTM  Ann has expertise in the following areas: financial planning, risk management, investments, tax planning, retirement planning, and employee benefits. Since 1998, Ann has been working with clients to achieve solutions for their important financial goals. Ann believes that working with people on an individual basis offers her the opportunity to have a profoundly positive effect on her clients’ financial lives.

Ann is a member of The National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and The Garrett Planning Network, Inc., which are two of the nation’s leading organizations of fee-only financial planners. She is also a member of the Financial Planning Association, the largest organization of professionals dedicated to championing the financial planning process.

Mary Ericksen, CFP®, CPA

Mary Ericksen, CFP®, CPA, is our Operations and Client Service Manager. Her prior experience includes work at a CPA firm specializing in providing services to Registered Investment Advisors, investment companies, hedge funds, private equity, and real estate firms. Mary is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. She works primarily in the Ashland office, with periodic time in the Bend office.

The Griffon Story

Griffons are mythological creatures portrayed with the body of a lion and head of an eagle. In Greece, the Griffon was a symbol of vigilant strength; Griffons are often seen guarding gold. They are said to endlessly guard treasure and represent the wealth of the sun.
